Fault-Tracing Information







NOTE: Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) 1-2-2 will always be obtained when the ignition is switched on if the engine is switched off after the test drive. The test drive must then be repeated.

The test drive must be stopped if the cruise control disengages at speeds in excess of 35 km/h, without the ON/OFF switch being used, the brake or clutch pedal being depressed or the gear selector being moved from D to N. Then fault-trace according to Reading off input and output signals (MOD 5).

- Ignition off.
- Disconnect VCT 2000 from the VADIS PC and the data link connector (DLC).
