Tailgate tail lamp unit

Removing the tailgate tail lamp unit





Remove:
- the panel according to Tailgate panel
- the white connector
- 8 or 10 nuts.
Press the two clips (A) together if possible. Carefully press the unit out of the tailgate.

Installing the tailgate tail lamp unit




- Check the rubber seal
- Clean the unit and the tailgate
- Carefully install the unit
- Install the 8 or 10 nuts. Tighten the nuts by hand
- Check that the clips (A) are properly secured
- Starting from the center, tighten all the nuts. Tighten to 7.5 Nm.

Note! Check and install the seal during assembly.

- Connect the white connector
- Check the function of the tail lamp and lock
- Install the panel according to Tailgate panel .
