Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) DIM-19 is stored if the speed signal (1/9) is low at the same time as the speed exceeds 5 km/h for at least 10 seconds.

Substitute value
None.

Possible source
- short-circuit to ground in the wiring for the vehicle speed signal (1/9)
- defective cruise control control module
- defective climate control module
- defective engine control module (ECM)
- internal fault in the combined instrument panel.

Fault symptom[s]
- the speedometer does not operate.
