Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0079 is stored if the climate control module registers that the signal in the cable from the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor is less than approximately 0.25V (5% of the power supply at approximately 5V).

Substitute value
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is set to 70°C.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable
- Defective engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor.

Fault symptom[s]
- Irregular cold air from the air conditioning (A/C) system.
