IMM-132
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information
Condition
The control module checks if there are any key codes stored in the EEPROM memory circuit every time the ignition is switched on. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) IMM-132 is stored if no key codes are stored. There are two reasons for this diagnostic trouble code (DTC) being stored.
- The key codes have been erased from the EEPROM memory circuit and no other keys have been programmed.
- The control module is not initiated.
Normally the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is erased automatically when the first key code is programmed into the control module memory.
Possible source
- The immobilizer control module is not initiated.
- Incorrect programming procedures.
Condition
- The indicator lamp in the combined instrument panel is lit.
- The engine does not start. (The starter motor does not operate)
