Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0089 is stored if the climate control module registers that the rear defroster switch has been depressed for at least 3 minutes.

Substitute value
The rear defroster is activated.

Possible source
- The switch has stuck in the climate control module panel
- Defective climate control module.

Fault symptom[s]
- The defroster cannot be switched off.
