Checking the keypad lighting

Checking components and wiring




- Ignition on.
Check that the dashboard lighting button is not at its lowest setting.
Check that the dashboard lighting button functions. The light intensity must change on the dashboard when the control is turned up and down.
The fault is in the car-phone module if the light intensity for the other instruments change except for the car-phone.
Remedy as necessary.
