Checking the wires
Check the supply wire between the rear electronic module (REM) connector B20 ( D20) and the level sensor (ISM) connector 1 for an intermittent short circuit to voltage supply as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
