Installing new signal configuration
Because the audio control module has registered that the signal configuration is missing or is faulty, a new signal configuration needs to be programmed.
Other information:

Hint: After carrying out the repair, check that the fault has been remedied.
- Ignition off.
- Reinstall connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on.
- Select FM with the "SOURCE" knob.
- Select AM with the "SOURCE" knob.
- If the audio unit has a cassette player: Insert a cassette and select the cassette deck with the "SOURCE" knob.
- If the audio unit has a CD player: Insert a CD and select CD with the "SOURCE" knob.
- If the car has a CD changer: Insert a CD in the CD changer and select CD changer with the "SOURCE" knob.
Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and check that diagnostic trouble code (DTC) has modified status to intermittent.
