Condition







This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) indicates that an emissions related DTC is stored in the throttle unit which is causing the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) to light. This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is never stored on its own.

Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) which cause emissions related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the throttle unit are: ECM-901A, ECM-901E, ECM-902A, ECM-903F, ECM-910E, ECM-9150, ECM-9160, ECM-9190, ECM-91A7, ECM-911A, ECM-912A, ECM-913F, ECM-981A, and ECM-982A.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-904C is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if an emissions related diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored in the throttle unit.
