If central electronic module (CEM) registers that CAN H on the low speed network is short circuited to voltage supply, diagnostic trouble code CEM-DF03 is displayed.

- Short circuit to voltage supply on the low speed network
- Contact resistance in the connectors.

Condition
- Interference in the radio.
