Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0073 is stored if climate control module registers that the power supply in the cable to the air distribution - damper motor is less than 0.1V when the motor moves towards defroster.

- Short-circuit to ground in the power supply to the air distribution - damper motor
- Defective damper motor.

Fault symptom[s]
- Air flow problem.
- The passenger compartment temperature does not correspond to the set position.
