Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0046 is stored if the climate control system registers that the signal to the blower fan relay for the maximum fan speed is low for more than six seconds, although the blower fan relay has not been activated by the control module.

None.

Possible source
- Defective fuse number 1 (25A) or 12 (15A) in the integrated relay/fusebox in the passenger compartment
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals
- Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in the cable between the fusebox and the blower fan relay
- Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in the cable between the blower fan relay and the climate control module
- Open-circuit in the ground lead for the system relay for the air conditioning (A/C) system
- Open-circuit in the power supply to the system relay for the air conditioning (A/C) system
- Defective system relay for the air conditioning (A/C) system
- Defective blower fan relay for maximum speed.

- The blower fan only runs at one speed
- The blower fan does not function in the maximum speed position.
