Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0021 is stored if the climate control module registers that the signal for the power unit which controls the blower fan speed is less than 0.5 V for more than 8 seconds when the blower fan is activated.

Substitute value
Maximum blower fan speed when the blower fan control is set to a position greater than zero. When the blower fan control is in the zero position nothing happens.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable
- Defective power unit.

Fault symptom[s]
- The blower fan only runs at one speed
- Blower fan not operating.
