Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-001B is stored if the climate control module registers that the diagnostic signal from the blower fan motor is less than 1.3 V for more than eight seconds when the blower fan motor is activated (not in the maximum position).

Possible source
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable
- Defective power stage for the blower fan motor
- Defective maximum relay for the blower fan motor.

Fault symptom[s]
- The blower fan only runs at one speed.
