Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0013 is stored if the climate control module registers that the air distribution damper motor is activated and the damper motor position sensor has not changed position after 6 minutes.

Substitute value
The control module assumes the maximum defroster position.

- Defective damper motor.
