Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-0008 is stored if the control module registers that the 15/1-signal from the ignition switch is missing or low when the ignition switch is in position II.

Possible source
- Defective fuse.
- Open-circuit in the signal cable from the ignition switch.
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable from the ignition switch.
- Contact resistance and oxidation.
