Fault in disc selection. Permanent fault

Checking CD player and disc
Check that the disc is correctly inserted.
Try a new disc.
Remedy as necessary.
If no fault is found replace the head unit/audio module.

Caution! New head unit/audio control modules are supplied without software. The head unit/audio control module must be programmed after replacement in order to function.

Select "Continue" when the fault has been remedied.

- Ignition off.
- Reinstall connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on.
Check that the MD/CD player functions.

Yes - Verification completed

No - Fault-tracing information
