High voltage unit twin headlamps, replacing

Removal

Removing the high voltage unit




Remove the lower panel from the A-post.

Remove:
- the nut (1)
- the high voltage unit (2)
- the connector (3) for the high voltage unit.

Installation

Installing the high voltage unit





Install:
- the connector (3) for the high voltage unit
- the high voltage unit (2)
- the nut (1). Tighten to 10 Nm.

Finishing

Finishing
Check that the lighting is working.
Install the lower panel on the A-post.
