Checking the connector








- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the seat belt buckle connector.
- Check the seat belt buckle connector for intermittent contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring And Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
- Remedy as necessary.
- Ignition on.
Check that there is supply voltage at connector #1.
Remedy as necessary.

Select "Continue" when the fault has been remedied.

Check both seat belt buckle connector #1 and #2 for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring And Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Remedy as necessary.
