Warning! There is a risk that the Supplemental restraint system module (SRS) does not work if this diagnostic trouble code is stored. Replace the control module if diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-0001 has been stored.

Note! If diagnostic trouble code SRS-0001 is generated, then no other diagnostic trouble codes can be deleted.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-0001 is stored if the on-board diagnostic system has stored a fault in any of the internal control module functions.

- Internal fault in the control module.
