Checking wiring and connectors
- Ignition off
- Check the connectors for the control module, system relay and mass air flow (MAF) sensor. Check the connections visually according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring And Terminals. Intermittent Faults. Check for intermittent contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring And Terminals. Intermittent Faults
- Check the intake system for air leakage according to intake system/leak test Intake System/Leak Test
- Remedy as necessary.
