- Start by checking that the trip computer setting button is not jammed
- Ignition off.
Check the cable between combined instrument panel connector terminal #A11 and trip computer connector terminal #8. Check the trip computer set button terminal #8. Check for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring And Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Remedy as necessary.
