Status check




- Ignition on.
- Read off the reset button position.
Compare the reset button position with the noted value.
- ON=Reset depressed
- OFF=Reset button unaffected

Hint: If the cable and the combined instrument panel are fault free the voltage between terminals 4 on the connector to the trip computer control panel and ground should be approximately Ubat V.

Check the signal cable between the trip computer control panel terminal 4 and the combined instrument panel terminal A24(#A24) for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring And Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Remedy as necessary.
