Checking the wiring




- Ignition off.
Check the cable between control module connector F #6 (#B6) and fuse 19 the engine compartment fusebox for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring And Terminals. Intermittent Faults , contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring And Terminals. Intermittent Faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring And Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Check the cable between control module connector F #5 (#B5) and the left high beam bulb and the cable between control module connector F #14 (#B14) and the right high beam bulb for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring And Terminals. Permanent Fault.
