A diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the combustion fan is running too Slowly.

Condition

- Heater not activated.

Possible source

- Defective combustion fan.
- Contact resistance in control module or combustion fan connectors.

Condition

- Poor heating in passenger compartment.
