New A/C System Seals Installation

New A/C system seals and connections were introduced from week 13 1993 on, certain A/C system components were equipped with new types of seals affording improved function and reliability.





A new Sanden compressor with a new end plate and new seals was introduced. The illustrations show the new and original compressor connections. New connection fittings and seals were introduced at the same time. The compressor seals consist of double 0-rings, one in the fitting and one in the connection seat in the compressor.

If replacing the compressor, the new unit with the new connection fittings and seals must be used.




In addition, a new condenser with new connection fittings and new seals was introduced. The illustrations show the new and original condenser connections. In the case of the condenser, only the fitting is provided with an 0-ring.
