Place the hoses and wires in their holder on the tank.

Raise the tank to make it possible to install fuel lines and electric wires.
Install a new EVAP hose in the front holder and close it.
Install front holder to bracket.

Installing hoses
Install hose to fasteners on the side of the tank.
Install hose to fasteners on filler pipe.
Install cable tie.
Caution!
Ensure that all wires are properly inserted through the access hole in the body, and that no wires are pinched and/or chafing.
Raise the tank and torque screws to tank straps to.
Tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft.lb)

Installing EVAP hose
Install EVAP hose (1) to canister.
Carefully pull lightly on hose to ensure that coupling is locked on fitting.

5-door car
Lower the car.
Connect all connectors that are in the bracket.
Install ground point (1) to the hatch above the fuel sending unit.
Install rubber grommet around the electrical wires.
Lubricate the quick couplings with petroleum jelly.
Install the couplings to the fitting of the fuel pump unit until a click is heard.
Ensure correct installation by carefully pulling the couplings straight up.

4-door car
Lower the car.
Connect all connectors that are in the bracket.
Install ground point (1) to the hatch above the fuel sending unit.
Install a rubber grommet around the electrical wires.
Lubricate the quick couplings with petroleum jelly.
Install the couplings to the fitting of the fuel pump unit until a click is heard.
Ensure correct installation by carefully pulling the couplings straight up.
