Signal Too Low. Intermittent Fault

Checking cables and terminals
Check pulsed secondary air injection system (PAIR) pump relay and engine control module (ECM) connectors for a loose connection.

Check cable between pulsed secondary air injection system (PAIR) pump relay terminal 4 and engine control module (ECM) #B38 for an intermittent open-circuit, and for an intermittent short-circuit to ground.

Check cable between pulsed secondary air injection system (PAIR) pump relay terminal 2 and main relay (2/32) for an intermittent open-circuit.
