CHECKING COOLING SYSTEM FOR LEAKS





1. Pressure testing
Use pressure tester tool No. 998 5496, or equivalent.
Connect tester to expansion vessel cap.
Increase pressure and inspect for leaks.
- Pressure should be max. 150 kPa.
- System pressure should be steady.
