Cleaning insulation panel on the firewall

Background: If the insulation panel on the firewall becomes contaminated with glycol, oil, windshield washer fluid or brake fluid it must be cleaned.

Materials: Degreasing agent P/N 1161474-0.

Method





- Apply degreasing agent P/N 1161474-0 to the insulation panel.

Note!
The engine must be cold when the work is carried out. Use overalls and protective goggles.

- Allow degreasing agent to act for a maximum of 2 minutes.

- Rinse off with hot water.
