Check Resistance In The Circuit To The Valve





- Ignition off.





- Connect test box and check ground points as per JA. Connecting test box. Connecting Test Box [JA]
- Disconnect control module

Connect an ohmmeter between test box #3 and:
- #20 (DTC 4-1-1)
- #2 (DTC 4-1-2)
- #38 (DTC 4-1-3)
- #21 (DTC 4-1-4)
- #54 (DTC 4-2-1)
- #36 (DTC 4-2-2)
- #37 (DTC 4-2-3) (TRACS).

For DTCs 4-1-1, 4-1-3, 4-2-1 and 4-2-3, ohmmeter should read 6-8 Ohms.
For DTCs 4-1-2, 4-1-4 and 4-2-2, ohmmeter should read 3-5 Ohms.

If reading is OK:
- Check signal lead resistance to ground EG6. Check Signal Lead Resistance to Ground [EG6]

If reading is incorrect:
- Check hydraulic unit connector C/ED EG3. Check Hydraulic Unit Connector C/ED [EG3]
