Passenger side air bag replacement
This bulletin supersedes instructions in Service Manual, TP 32119/1, page 42 next to last paragraph which reads "Although the module ...".
REQUIRED PARTS:

Air Bag Option ID
Remove dash cover.
Remove dash cover according to Service Manual, Procedure E1.
Remove passenger air bag.
Remove TORX screws (8) with tamper resistant TORX bit. (see arrows)
Remove special nuts (6) with locking pliers. (see arrows)
Install passenger air bag
Check/adjust excessive foam under felt tape at positions 1 and 2.
If tape has an out-dent remove tape and cut excessive foam.
Reinstall tape.
Position wire in straps (according to illustration). Pull wire tightly to position straps correctly.
Note:
This is important so there will not be any visible out-dents in air bag lid.
Put air bag in place (keeping wire stretched).
Place screws (see arrows) in module to secure air bag in position.
Release and remove wire.
Install all TORX screws (8) and hexagon nuts (6).
Before torquing screws and nuts, place a support under the air bag lid, so dash cover and lid are level.
Note:
This is important to ensure correct lid alignment.
Tighten screws to 3 N-m (26 in.lbs.) and nuts to 6 N-m (53 in.lbs.) in sequence numbered in illustration. Screws 1-8, nuts 9-14.
AFTER TIGHTENING SCREWS AND NUTS, MARK THEM WITH TOUCH UP PAINT TO CONFIRM CORRECT TORQUE.
Install dash cover.
Install components according to Service Manual.
