Cancel Fault Code As Follows:

Display fault code again (ground test terminal for 2 - 5 seconds).

Then ground test terminal 3 times within a 1.5- 5 second period for at least 0.25 seconds each time.

Note: Spade connectors should be connected to both ends of lead used for grounding. Each grounding should be distinct and not too short.

Note: Do not switch off ignition between displaying fault code and cancelling code.

Lamp will go off for 4 seconds, then go on again for 3 seconds to confirm cancellation, and then go out.

If SRS lamp stays on, a fault has not been remedied. Display fault code again and remedy fault. Refer to separate SRS Service Manual as necessary. Cancel fault code again.



Reinstall:
- underdash panel
- air duct
- carpet
- driver's seat.

Tighten floor bolts to: 48 N-m (35 ft.lb)
