EGR Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

1. Turn ignition OFF.
2. Disconnect EGR temperature sensor connector.
3. Remove sensor.

CAUTION: Sensor is extremely sensitive to shock and impact, handle with care.

4. Install EGR temperature sensor and tighten to 5 - 9.5 ft.lb (60 - 100 in.lb / 7 -13 Nm).
5. Reconnect connector.
