Torque Converter Oil Seal

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Thrust Piece (T10175)

• Extractor Lever (VW 681)

Removing






- Pry the seal out using the extractor lever (VW 681).

Installing






- Coat the outer circumference and sealing lips of the new seal with ATF.

• Installed position: The open side of the seal faces the transmission.

- Install the seal until flush using the thrust piece (T10175).
