Reduced Oil Pressure Switch

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Socket 24 mm and Jointed Extension (T40175)

Removing

- Remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler pump (V400). Refer to => [ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Pump ] Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Pump.

- Loosen the hose clamp - 2 -, remove the coolant hose and move it to the side.





• Ignore - 1 and 3 -.

- Disconnect the connector - arrow - from the reduced oil pressure switch (F378).





- Remove the switch using (T40175).

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Replace the seal.
