• Fender connecting plate already cut out.





• The fender connecting plate has an upper and lower part

Cutting Location

- Separate original joint.

- Remove excess material.





Welding In

- Headlight mount => [ Headlamp Mount ] .

- Install new part and check gaps with attaching parts.

- Weld in new part using RP spot weld seam.





The upper fender connector is attached with 3 M5 screws - 1 - to the lower fender connector.

- Weld new part in, RP spot weld seam.
