When disconnecting and connecting the Battery, the procedure must be followed as described in the repair information. Refer to=> [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.

3 Accessories Bracket

For Generator and A/C compressor.

4 Collar Bolts

45 Nm

5 Cap

6 Hex Head Collar Nut

7 Phillips Head Screw

4.5 Nm

8 Nut

9 Washer

10 Phillips Head Screws

2 Nm

11 Phillips Head Screw

2 Nm

12 Voltage Regulator (C1)

Removal and installing, refer to => [ Voltage Regulator ] Service and Repair.

13 Generator

Removal and installation, refer to => [ Generator ] Generator.

Checking, refer to=> [ Generator, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.

B+ wire mount, refer to => [ B+ Wire Connection to Generator ] Procedures.

14 Ribbed Belt

Removal and installation

For the ribbed belt routing.

15 Ribbed Belt Tensioner

B+ wire nut on the back of the generator: 15 Nm

Wire holder nut on the back of the generator: 3.2 Nm

Ribbed belt pulley without freewheel: 65 Nm

Ribbed belt pulley with freewheel: 80 Nm

Auxiliary component bracket, removing and installing.
