Right Front Body Acceleration Sensor G342

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

Removing

- Remove the wiper arms.

- Remove the left plenum chamber cover.

- Disconnect the connector.






- Remove the nuts and remove the right front body acceleration sensor.

Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

The front body acceleration sensors must never be interchanged with the rear body acceleration sensors. Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

- Be sure to pay attention to the installed position of the right front body acceleration sensor bracket.






The tab on the bracket - 1 - must fit into the recess in the right front body acceleration sensor - arrow -.

• Be sure to use the correct bracket. An "R" is stamped on the bracket.
