Fuel Distributor With Fuel Injectors, Disassembling And Assembling
1 - Threaded connection, 22 Nm
- Counterhold when tightening
- For fuel supply
2 - Fuel supply line
- Check for secure seating
- Secure with spring type clamp
3 - 10 Nm
4 - Ball pin, 3 Nm
- For engine cover
5 - Fuel distributor
-With retaining straps for 3-pin harness connector of Knock Sensors (KS)
6 - O-ring
- Always replace
- Lightly lubricate O-rings with clean engine oil before installing
7 - Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve -2- -N261-
8 - Vacuum actuator
- For intake manifold change-over
9 - Check valve
- Installation position: black side of valve faces intake manifold connection
10 - Intake Manifold Change-Over Valve -N156-
11 - Cylinder 1 Fuel Injector -N30- to Cylinder 4 Fuel Injector -N33-, Cylinder 5 Fuel Injector -N83- to Cylinder 8 Fuel Injector -N86-

13 - Retaining clip
- Make sure clip is correctly seated on fuel injector and fuel distributor
14 - Spring clip
