Cylinder Head Bolts
Always replace cylinder head bolts





First pass: Tighten all bolts 40 Nm
Second pass: Tighten all bolts 60 Nm
Third pass: Tighten all bolts 1/4 turn (90°)
Final pass: Tighten all bolts 1/4 turn (90°)

Cylinder Head Distortion





Maximum permissible distortion 0.1 mm
Minimum distance between linear measurements 100 mm

Camshaft pulley center bolt 100 Nm
Camshaft pulley outer bolts 25 Nm
