NOTE: Carbon brushes are integrated with the Voltage Regulator (VR) and cannot be replaced or serviced separately. Where carbon brushes malfunction or are worn beyond the wear limit, replace complete Voltage Regulator (VR).







Length of new carbon brushes - a- = 12 mm
Wear limit = 5 mm
Carbon brush tolerance to one another = +1 mm
