CPP clearance modifications as of VIN 3B_WE201014.

Service

For this condition, perform the following:

^ Remove driver side floor mat.

^ Remove lower A-pillar trim.

^ Remove Carpet protector.





^ Pull driver's side footwell carpet back as shown (to expose sheet metal studs -arrows-).





^ Using the two body studs as a reference, mark, remove and discard a 60mm x 90mm piece of sound deadener in location shown.

^ Reglue remaining deadener to carpet.





^ Remove 2 body studs -arrows-.

^ Reinstall carpet.

^ Loosen CPP switch bracket.





^ Firmly press clutch pedal to floor.

^ Adjust microswitch bracket until distance between shoulder of switch and clutch pedal tab is 2mm to 3mm (metal plunger -arrow- is exposed 2mm to 3mm) and tighten bracket.

^ Depress clutch pedal 2 to 3 times and ensure adjustment of switch is maintained and switch is not broken.
