Door assembly (with power window)

Refer to the image as a guide during disassembly and assembly






Note: The door side reforcement cannot be removed.

1. Door hinge
Bolted to door, inserted toward A-pillar and secured with grub screw

2. Cover

3. Outer window channel
Inserted into window frame
Cannot be removed without destroying

4. Window glass

5. Door
Removal and installation. Refer to Door Service and Repair
Adjust at hinge within oversized holes

6. Outer window slot seal
Pushed onto flange

7. Inner window slot seal
Pushed onto flange

8. Inner window channel
Pushed onto flange

9. Window channel
10. Bolt
7 Nm (62 in. lb)

11. Clip
Two-part

12. Seal
Outer securing clip additionally bonded

13. Window regulator

14. Window regulator motor

20. Front window channel
Remove downward toward inside of door

55 Nm (41 ft lb)

22. Door check strap cover
Self-adhesive stuck onto A-pillar

23. Multi-pin connector
Separation point for all electrical and pneumatic connections
Unscrew coupling nut and pull off
