1- Throttle body
if stop screw blocked replace throttle body
2- Gasket
always replace
3- Full throttle switch (F 81)*
- for vehicles built after 10-90 starting with
- control unit:
49 States: 8A0 907 404
California: 893 907 404Q
4- Harness connector
to CIS-E Motronic control unit (J 204)*
5- Harness connector
- for vehicles with automatic transmission only
- to automatic transmission control unit
6- Throttle body
- idle* and full throttle* switches are contained in an assembly with the throttle potentiometer
- if top screw is blocked: replace throttle body
7- Heat shield
8- Throttle potentiometer
- with integrated idle switch (F 60)* and full throttle switch (F 81)*
- vehicles built starting 10-90 starting with control unit:
49 States: 8A0 907 404
California: 893 907 404Q
9- Screw
- must be turned in all the way
- idle speed CANNOT be adjusted
10- idle switch (F 60)*
- for vehicles built after 10-90 starting with control unit:
49 States: 8A0 907 404
California: 893 907 404Q
