- Insert new valve into guide, end of valve stem must be flush with guide

CAUTION Due to differences in stem diameters, only insert intake valves into intake guides and exhaust valves into exhaust guides.

- Using a dial indicator, compare measured play with the following wear limit specifications:0
Intake valve guide: = 1.0 mm
Exhaust valve guide = 1.3 mm
