Intake Manifold: Service and Repair

1. Obtain audio coded anti-theft code, then disconnect battery ground cable, then accelerator cable.
2. Disconnect air cleaner housing horn from manifold, then wiring to intake air temperature sensor.
3. Disconnect fuel supply and return lines and vacuum hoses, then remove fuel rail and fuel injectors.
4. Remove intake manifold bolts, then intake manifold.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Reset audio coded anti-theft system
