California Vehicles (Digifant I)

The A/C compressor clutch operation is monitored by the Digifant I control unit. When the E.C.U. recognizes that the A/C compressor clutch is engaged, current to the idle stabilizer valve and ignition timing is modified to compensate for the additional load placed on the engine.
