Tensioning wire visible - convertible top
If the tensioning wire for the convertible top slips out of the U-channel, perform the following repair:

^ Loosen the top tensioning wire lock nuts on the left and right rear of the vehicle, then remove the top and the tensioning wire out of the U-channel.

^ Trim the leatherette strip bonded in the U-channel up to the top edge of the channel.

^ At this time, any uneveness of the U-channel should be corrected.

^ Re-install tensioning wire and top.
